Yuvatarang Junior College & Defence Academy provides ERP and Online Exam login access only for authorised students, parents, and staff.

Student and staff accounts are created and managed by the college administration. Users cannot create public accounts directly in the app.

Data Deletion Policy

• Login access can be deactivated after verification.
• Admission enquiry data can be deleted on request where legally possible.
• Academic records such as attendance, marks, certificates, fee records, and institutional records may be retained as required for educational, administrative, legal, or regulatory purposes.
• We may ask for identity verification before processing the request.
• Requests are usually reviewed within 7 to 15 working days.
