By enrolling at Yuvatarang Junior College or using our digital platforms (ERP and Online Exam Portal), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Admission & Enrollment

• Admission is subject to availability of seats and submission of required documents.
• The institution reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion.
• Students must adhere to all rules and regulations of the college from the date of enrollment.

Fees & Payments

• Fees paid are non-refundable once the academic session has begun.
• Fee schedules are subject to revision and will be communicated with reasonable notice.
• Outstanding fees may result in suspension of ERP/Exam portal access.

Use of Digital Platforms

• ERP and Online Exam portal credentials are personal and must not be shared.
• Any misuse of the platform may result in disciplinary action.
• The institution is not responsible for technical issues arising from the user's device or internet connection.

Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain discipline and respect for faculty and peers.
• Ragging, harassment, or any form of misconduct will result in immediate expulsion.
• Mobile phone use in classrooms is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All study materials, question papers, exam content, and digital resources provided by Yuvatarang are proprietary. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

Disclaimer

Yuvatarang provides guidance and coaching to help students achieve their academic goals. Results depend on individual performance, attendance, and regular practice; the institution does not guarantee specific marks or ranks.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Telangana, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad.
